Support Our Efforts - Give a Charitable Donation
The CFF is the major player in developing new treatments for CF, as well as funding research in developing a cure. Recently, we have had an incredible milestone as the FDA approved a new CF drug that targets the defective protein in CF. Trial studies showed very encouraging results in patients with the targeted mutation. Although this drug targets a different gene mutation than those Brayden has, we are excited and hopeful to see these positive results. We hope that this drug will pave the way for others that can be used for all CF mutations.

Surprisingly, the CFF receives no governmental funding as too few people are affected by the disease. So all the money that supports this valuable research in finding a cure comes through fundraising efforts like Great Strides. Please consider giving what you can to support this promising research.
